Kickstarter Launches

Short stories are largely scorned by agents, editors, and publishers. Writers who produce collections are encouraged to write novels, and bookstores are hesitant to stock them. We want to change this dynamic.

We believe a book is a piece of art. We aren’t concerned with word counts or genres. Stories, regardless of length, should be packaged with an attractive cover and great paper, and make the reader contemplate the physicality of it all. 

We're focused on publishing short stories in handsome, 4" x 6" chapbooks with French flaps.

What better way is there to sample new and/or undiscovered writers or read a fabulous morsel when your attention or time is short?  

All funds raised with this Kickstarter will go toward funding the launch of IKE: A Publishing Project and allow us to share these short stories with the world. We need your help to make these chapbooks a reality.
